Wonderful 1940s framed print of baby called "Precious Awake"! Perfect for your nursery or 40s lithograph print collection! Could be a boy or girl, there are pinks and blues in the painting. It was originally a watercolor. Co cute!!

Very good! There are some scratches on the wood frame, and the matting is a bit warped, but no mold or water damage.
