Vintage 70s Patchwork Caftan Beaded Trim & Medicine Pouch, 1970s Indian Rajasthani Banjara Colorful Red Quilted Mirrors Embroidered Dress

This is the most incredible caftan made of antique Indian fabrics and is exceptionally soft! There are multiple textiles used, the red patterned material used in the majority of the dress is an extremely soft lightweight knit with hand block dyed pattern, this material has a solid red lining on the interior.
The black fabric is also a lightweight rayon, slightly sheer, but not as lightweight as the red patterned fabric, and is unlined.
The chest features a large stunning brightly colored embroidered patch and is trimmed with a wide metallic ribbon of magenta, teal, gold, and silver. There is also an incredible hand beaded dangly trim where a beaded medicine pouch hangs separately from the dress and has a snap closure.
The back of the dress features a keyhole neck with button closure and a geometric hand quilted patch of fabric. The long sleeves each feature thick loose weave embroidered patches and quilted sections with layered fabric trims.

Condition: Good. There are a small holes on the skirt and rips on the arm cuff (pictured in last photo), but overall this dress is in beautiful condition given the age of the materials and the beading! There are no stains and the fabric is incredibly soft.
