Vtg The Sisters of Mercy tee SUPER RARE 1983 Merciful Release Authenticated 80s Single Stitch 1980s Concert t-shirt SIGNED by Chris Catalyst

This is an AUTHENTICTED BOOTLEG 1983 Sisters of Mercy concert tee! We had this vintage band tee on display in our shop when Chris Catalyst, who was playing in town, came in and started chatting with us! Chris Catalyst was a rhythm guitar and backup vocalist with the Sisters of Mercy from 2005 - 2019, but was able to confirm that this tee was indeed an unofficial bootleg t-shirt for the band’s own record label “Merciful Release”.

This bootleg is screen printed onto a Screen Stars tee, but the tag has been shredded and is difficult to read. “50 Cot” is legible, my research shows that all Screen Stars tees were mostly 50% Cotton 50% Polyester, most were made in USA. The tag also appears to have an L for size Large but would be considered a Medium by today's standards, please see measurements below. There is single stitch detailing on the seams of the sleeves as well as the bottom seam of the shirt.

This amazing and rare signed band tee has been well loved and endured a lot of wear, very noticeable stains, bleach, and small tears but no large rips or holes. The armpits are fully in tact which is impressive for how worn-in this highly collectible band tee is!

Condition: Good/Fair. It is very stained and has a few small tears but still has lots of life left!
