Super Rare & Highly Collectible! This vintage 1960s Hawaiian shirt is a far out tribute to the mid century surfing documentary “Endless Summer” where a similar scene and artistic style is featured for the movie’s cinema art.
This summertime staple is unique because of the zipfront feature as opposed to buttons more often found on vintage Hawaiian shirts. This shirt is also made from a thick Barcloth that was been worn in so that it has softened and is less stiff than originally. There is a fun late 60s style collar, two small pleats across the back, two slit openings at the bottom of each side, and a small chest pocket measuring 4 1/2 inches deep and 3 1/4 inches wide. This iconic surf shirt is bright Turqouise blue with a band of dark indigo at the bottom, a lime green sun on the center of both front and back, and classic surfer silhouettes in black, with a few women, children, and boogie boarders with fins mixed in!
