Plus Size Vintage Floral Rayon Slip Dress: 1930s Peach Nightgown

This stunning vintage bias cut dress is such a rare find! This vintage nightgown is from the late 1930s or early 1940s and is unique not only because of its colorful floral pattern but also because it is a larger size perfect for a full figured curvy woman! It is made from a slinky lightweight rayon and features pink, purple and green floral designs as well as a larger muted floral design in the background. The cap sleeves are lightly puckered at the shoulder, and there is a flattering diamond shaped band at the waist. The neckline is a foldover V with ample puckered pleating for the bust. The neckline on the back of the dress is a simple V, the waistband on the front does not wrap around to the back.
