This is such an amazing tiered, ruffle, pleated, strapless dress!! This vintage dress was made in the 1980s and is the most beautiful fuschia pink color!! This 1980s prom dress has padding and boning in the ribcage and bust, and a cute heart shape ruffle neck. This lovely formal dress has a full circle skirt and is so fun to twirl in!!
You can add puffy crinoline skirts underneath to give it a great 1950s look!
